50% upfront to confirm the booking and begin pre-production. 50% on final delivery.

40% / 30% / 30%

Monthly Retainers
100% Monthly Upfront
Full monthly retainer invoiced on the 1st of each month. Production begins on receipt.
All invoices are payable within 7 days. Production does not commence until the deposit is received. These terms are non-negotiable and applied consistently to all clients.

Because fixed prices either overprice simple work or underprice complex work — and both are bad for you. A 60-second interview video and a 3-day documentary require fundamentally different resources. We scope every project to its actual requirements and provide a line-by-line quote so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Our quotes include all crew, equipment, pre-production, shoot days, post-production, revisions, and final delivery. We will always itemise what is included and flag separately anything that falls outside scope — such as talent, location fees, or travel beyond KZN.
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. VAT at the current rate (15%) will be added to all invoices.
Our prices reflect the actual cost of delivering broadcast-quality work. We do not discount to win projects — we scope projects to deliver maximum value at the agreed budget. If your budget is lower than our standard quote, we will tell you honestly what is achievable within it.
No. Our payment terms are 50/50 or 40/30/30 as outlined above, with invoices payable within 7 days. These terms are non-negotiable. We maintain them consistently across all clients.
Yes. Rush delivery (24–48 hours) carries a premium surcharge, typically 30–50% of the project value depending on the scope and urgency. This reflects the additional resource commitment required to deliver at speed without compromising quality.
